For example, for staffing needs of 70 associates or more, we provide a on-site manager to ensure your knowing that our managed partnership is controlled right from the workplace our on-site manager will manage every aspect of day-to-day planning, evaluation and problem solving. Hiring Process – Broadway Solutions Staff will advise all associates of their responsibilities to Broadway Solutions, as well as to your company. Each associate will undergo video/instructional orientation in regards to safety and policy requirements. (This process can be customized to meet your requirements). Risk Management – We are able to analyze current risk and present safety recommendations. Reduce workers’ compensation exposure. Investigate and prevent fraud to the employers. Provide a network of physicians and treatment facilities. Safety training for various areas in the workplace. Compliance – At Broadway Solutions, we ensure that all State and Federal requirements are followed and regulated. Certificate of Workers’ Compensation insurance/general liability insurance per customer request will be provided (all limits at or above statutory requirements). Payroll – All tax liabilities State, Federal and Local will be administered and reported. Year-End reporting will be handled and W-2 Generation for associates. |
